- Scope
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online shop AVMM
- Contractual partner
The purchase contract is concluded by AVMM – Molly McDonnell. More information about us can be found in the imprint.
- Conclusion of a contract
The presentation of the products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog.
By entering your personal data and clicking the “Order” button, you are placing a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart. You will receive a computer-generated order email. The purchase contract is concluded when the order is confirmed by AVMM (confirmation email). If you do not receive a confirmation email from us within 2 weeks, you are no longer bound to your order, unless it has already been delivered. Your orders will be saved with us. Should you lose your documents for your orders, please contact us by email / phone (see imprint). We will be happy to send you a copy of the details of your order. We reserve the right to cancel orders from obvious resellers, especially in the case of price promotions.
If, contrary to expectations, despite timely disposition, a product is not available for reasons for which we are not responsible, AVMM – Molly McDonnell is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract.
No sales contract is concluded for products that are not listed in the order confirmation or that are not delivered.
- Prices
The prices are in euros (EUR) including statutory value added tax (VAT). The invoices on the day of
Order (order acceptance) valid prices.
- Payment
Payment is made in advance with credit card and Klarna.
- Reservation of ownership
The goods remain our property until full payment.
- Transport damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such errors to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to lodge a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.

We save the text of the contract and send the order data and our terms and conditions by email. You can also view and download the terms and conditions here on this page at any time. You can see your past orders in our customer login.
- Contract language
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is English.
- Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies to the exclusion of the UN sales law, unless this is contrary to mandatory international consumer protection law.
- Miscellaneous
To process your order, we save your address and the order-related data. We are of course committed to comprehensive protection of your personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act. In addition, we assure you that your address data will not be passed on to third parties. The delivery contracts concluded with us are subject in all cases, also in the case of foreign contact, i.e. Order from and / or delivery abroad, German law.
Should any of these provisions be or become ineffective, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
